Thanks to its forward thinking, ARTEA won the competition launched by the city of Lille to transform the former "Usine Elévatoire" into a place of meeting, culture and life where one can work and stay.
The Project
As a result, the ARTEA Group will breathe new life into the old factory,
by creating a space for sharing, well-being, and learning, while
showcasing historical heritage.
Soon, at “L’Usine Élévatoire,” you’ll be able to work, see a
see an exhibit, grab a bite to eat, have brunch, have a drink, or stay the night, go on
meet people and enjoy an experience in an inspiring setting.
We will offer a concept open to everyone based on the
a blend of coworking through our COWORKOFFICE offering and coliving through COLOFT,
the restaurant and events industries.

In its environment, we are implementing a participatory approach by
consulting with residents, the community center, and local organizations.
As part of this dynamic, the beneficiaries of the allotments in Poterne Park will also be involved in the life of the site, which will be open to them and offer permaculture and urban gardening activities.

The project proposes solutions aimed at facilitating exchanges and the
well-being, with a variety of facilities and services offered to support it:

flexible workspaces or private offices, an atrium, and a space
