The Project
Delivered in 2009, in the heart of the Parc de la Robole, Le Prisme is a pioneering building in sustainable development and remains at the forefront of sustainable development thanks to its technological advances.1
A SPECIAL FOCUS ON ARCHITECTURAL ECO-DESIGN
- restricted openings on the Southern front of the building;
- use of high-rise plants to the West to protect from the Sun in the summer;
- reinforced insulation of the building from the outside.
OPTIMIZED ENERGY MANAGEMENT
- photovoltaic farm on roofs and front of the building
- heat production by a Sun protected air/air cap
- double flow ventilation
- led spotlights with presence detector
OPTIMIZED WATER MANAGEMENT
Sloping Roof allowing the recovery of rainwater in a tank of 10 000 liters for watering and sanitary.
A GREENVIEW DASHBOARD®
A GREENVIEW dashboard measuring the building's performance is displayed on a large screen in the lobby. It shows energy and water consumption and production, indoor and outdoor temperatures, and equivalent CO2 emissions saved.
