Close to the heart of Rouen, in a renowned residential district, Parc Jouvenet was a former mansion that had fallen into disrepair. ARTEA's challenge was to turn it into an exceptional program combining contemporary architecture and tradition.

As a result, the mansion has been completely renovated, taking care to reproduce the facade, roofing and exterior joinery exactly as before. On either side, two new contemporary-architecture apartment buildings have been added to enhance the beauty of this fine manor house.

The carefully crafted terracotta-clad facades are accentuated by balconies, loggias and metalwork that blend elegantly into the surrounding neighborhood.
The luxury apartments enjoy the peace and quiet of planted gardens with ponds.
