Located in the La Robole district in Aix en Provence, the building is mainly surrounded by offices or business premises. In this context, ARTEA wished to develop a tertiary building taking into account the well-being of its occupants.

The building will have 4 floors and two underground levels will be
created to accommodate the parking lots.

Communal areas will be created at the center of each floor, offering plenty of light thanks to large bay windows.

Protected balconies will allow occupants to enjoy the coffee breaks.
On the top floor, a 106m² terrace will be created as an extension of the
workspaces. A glazed balcony will go around the level to
highlight the wooden facade.
