Located in a vibrant area of Montpellier, the ZAC Euréka, the Apollo project was designed to welcome the regional management of France Télécom.
Comprising 2 buildings of highly contemporary architecture, the complex now accommodates over 1,000 people on 12,000m² of floor space.1
For this project, we have placed everyone's well-being at the heart of our concerns.
Thereby, we have called on thermicians, acousticians, decorators to offer the best of technology in a particularly sough after environment.
The services and decoration of both communal areas and office floors result from aesthetic and functional studies that ensure the flexibility of interior design, the quality of the atmosphere and the fluidity of traffic.
The buildings benefit from a Centralised technical management plant which allows to modulate and optimise the consumptions.
A solar power plant with a capacity of 250 kWp installed on the roofs of both buildings can provide the equivalent of a large part of the needs of the property complex.
