The Greenhouse on the Rooftop is one of the pillars of a new generation of tertiary buildings. A hybrid place that offers a total experience.
On the first floor, public and private spaces will be connected, articulated around a gourmet hall. This convivial and unifying activity will be open both to the La Serre sur le toit community and to all users of the Archipel district.
A ground breaking experience is offered here, combining coworking with the gourmet hall. Coworking will also find continuity in the coliving, offering the possibility of staying on the 4th and 5th floors of the building for a seminar or a citybreak. The top two floors of lot B1 will complete this programme with exceptional venues dedicated to events.
