While on the first floor, public and private spaces will be connected, articulated around a gourmet hall, we are proposing a new experience by associating it with coworking. Coworking will also be continued in coliving, offering the possibility of staying on the 4th and 5th floors of the building for a seminar or citybreak. The top two floors will complete the program with exceptional event venues.

La Serre sur le toit aims to demonstrate that it is possible to combine nature and workspace, professional life and environmental awareness.

All building users will be able to take part in gardening workshops, learn permaculture techniques, sow and harvest, and taste what they've grown.

Conceived as a place for working, experimenting, living, cultivating, sharing, enjoying and escaping, the project promotes the values that are dear to the ARTEA Group.
