Eco-quartier Made In Green

With its successful eco-Quartier concept, ARTEA crosses a new course by becoming the pioneer of a real estate integrating the circular and collaborative economy.

With its successful Eco-quartier concept, ARTEA has reached a new milestone, pioneering real estate that embraces the circular and collaborative economy.

1. a concrete response to the circular economy

Thanks to the various building blocks developed by the Group over the past 10 years, such as energy production, monitoring, self-consumption and energy storage, combined with a diversified range of services, we offer a comprehensive approach that represents a concrete response to the circular economy.

2. Made In Green, eco-neighborhood design by ARTEA

So, in our "Made In Green" project, we're proposing extremely efficient, energy-efficient real estate, along with a range of technologies linked to communication and management tools, as well as a range of services and tools that will act as vectors of social cohesion for the district's users.

So, to give meaning to the circular economy, we have created "communaux". For ARTEA, communaux are the shared spaces that give meaning to the social and collaborative economy.

3. Shared spaces that give meaning to the social and collaborative economy

We propose:

  • With Macadam Farm, an urban farm made up of a series of greenhouses, some of which are intended for local residents;
  • Spaces for shared activities, such as a craft workshop;
  • Relaxation areas such as a skate park;
  • Meeting areas with lounges and libraries at the foot of the building;
  • Themed coworking spaces with COWORKOFFICE for offices and COLOFT for housing ;
  • Local services, concierge service, crèche, community activities;

4. An eco-neighborhood, a formidable concept that creates value

This eco-neighborhood is a formidable concept that creates value: social and collaborative value, but also economic value, since each pillar of the program has been designed to find its own financial equilibrium, like the urban farm that will produce over 100 tonnes of organic fruit and vegetables a year, which will be marketed locally.

Similarly, the energy infrastructure will be financed through an energy performance contract that will make the most of the district's consumption reduction, thanks to self-consumption of energy.

Made In Green offers a marriage between technology and the circular and collaborative economy.
