Located just a few hundred metres from the Grande Arche de la Défense, on the border of the new Terrasses de l'Arche and La Défense districts, the DEAMVIEW building boasts an unobstructed view of the business district and a unique, unobstructed panorama of the Arche de la Défense and the buildings surrounding it.

The objective of this rehabilitation is to give a new very qualitative identity to this building very well located in the territory of Nanterre – La Défense and to bring all the characteristics of a new building intended to accommodate users demanding and concerned about its teams quality of life at work
This refurbishment, completed in early 2019, is representative of the ARTEA Group's expertise, which provides it with all the features of an innovative building of high environmental quality.

This strategy is built around 4 pillars:

PRODUCE

A rooftop solar power plant enables the building to operate on a self-consumption basis, covering a significant proportion of its electricity needs.

LIMIT

Energy requirements are reduced through the use of proven, high-performance technologies for dynamic lighting in common areas, and glazing that favors light transmission while maintaining optimal natural heat gain,3

OPTIMIZE

Energy equipment for heat production and cooling transfers heat and energy between different areas of the same plateau, so as to distribute heat input.

COMFORT, QUALITY, HEALTH

Particular attention was paid to occupant comfort, with the installation of dynamic lighting that varies according to circadian rhythms. This approach meets the requirements of HQE certification. An acoustician selected the technical solutions needed to optimize sound quality for users.
