FLEXIBLE SPACES answering THE DIFFERENT NEEDS OF the COWORKERS, WHILE INTEGRATING THE ISSUES OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, COMFORT AND WELL-BEING IN A 3RD GENERATION TERTIARY PARK AT 15 MINUTES IN THE HEART OF THE INOVALLEe TECHNOPOLE AND CITY CENTRE OF GRENOBLE
The Project
Arterparc Meylan is based on the concept of an innovative third-generation business park. It will comprise six energy-producing buildings, including one dedicated to our Coloft coworking concept.
Coloft Meylan will offer mixed-use spaces, including shared nomadic spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, collaborative workspaces, open-plan offices and relaxation areas.
Because Coloft is committed to the COOL AT WORK spirit, the space will feature zones conducive to productive conviviality: lounge area, library, games area with table soccer and billiards.
In addition to this space, and in order to support ARTEPARC users, a service centre, designed on the principle of "Les Halles", will host multiple services in a very friendly and modern environment with :
- a catering center
- a crèche for children of ARTEPARC users
- a gym
