The 16,500 m² Arteparc Sophia Campus is located in a hilly pine forest with exceptional panoramic views of the Alps. In this landscaped setting, ARTEA is designing a complex of 3 HQE 9-star-certified R+2 buildings, totaling some 6,500 m². The high-quality landscaped environment will provide Arteparc users with a well-kept living environment that promotes both their business and their well-being.
As part of its commitment to energy transition, ARTEA has set up the first private SMART GRID in the PACA region on the Arteparc Sophia. Designed in partnership with ENEDIS and ARTESOL, a subsidiary of ARTEA, it will enable each building to produce, store and exchange self-sufficient energy.
Three photovoltaic power plants producing about 300 kW will supply all the buildings and eventually the hundred electrical terminals to power the fleets of electric vehicles and rechargeable hybrids.
The innovative architectural design, featuring light-filled spaces with balconies, terraces and roof-tops, combined with top-quality services, will provide future occupants with a high-quality working environment in the heart of an exceptional setting.
Several users have already committed to the program, including the IBM Group, which leases Building C (around 1,900 m²). This building has been awarded HQE EXCELLENT certification. BBC EFFINERGIE 2017 certification with E+C- carbon footprint will complete the scheme.
An entire building will be occupied by COLOFT, the ARTEA group's coworking brand, offering nomadic space, private offices, meeting rooms and relaxation areas in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
On the top floor, a rooftop will offer a private event space and a restaurant with a breathtaking view of the magnificent panorama.
