A studied architectural component

Particular attention has been paid to the architecture of the project to ensure that it blends into the landscape, with colors and materials inspired by
directly from the local landscape and environment, marked by a unique view of the Sainte Victoire and highlighted by Mediterranean vegetation.

A service center

A building dedicated to business services will house a COWORKOFFICE coworking space, the park's meeting and social hub, as well as catering facilities, a gym and a micro-crèche for park users' children.

The buildings will be equipped with photovoltaic panels on their roofs, enabling them to be largely self-sufficient in solar energy.
