CASCADING TERRACES AND GLASS CURTAIN WALLS

ARTEPARC Bachasson, located on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence, boasts an exceptional view of the Sainte-Victoire mountain range. The architectural approach was therefore to work the facades so that users could benefit from this exceptional view of the Sainte-Victoire thanks to the large glass curtain walls.

On the central part of some buildings, a set of cascading terraces offers user-friendly spaces.

INNOVATIVE EQUIPMENT AND SOLAR-POWERED BUILDINGS

The buildings, equipped with solar roofs, are RT2012-70% certified. In addition, they benefit from :

• Centralized monitoring
• Air conditioning with rotary compressors
• Enthalpic wheel ventilation
• Consumption divided by 4 compared to the French average

A GREENVIEW DASHBOARD®

On the big screen, in the lobby of each building, the Greenview dashboard shows the consumption and production of energy and water, indoor and outdoor temperatures and the equivalent of saved CO2 emissions.

It gives, in addition, multiple information on the performance of buildings of information about the environment of the Park.
