Arteparc Lille-Lesquin - environmental tertiary buildings

After a few weeks during which the building business had to learn to readjust, our partner teams were able to bounce back and support ARTEA to ensure a recovery in the best possible health conditions.

Gel, masks, goggles, gloves, cleaning areas: everything has been put in place to ensure that our companies and their teams can work without risk, and to enable our customers to set up at Arteparc Lille-Lesquin in accordance with the commitments we have made.

3 buildings under construction at Arteparc Lille-Lesquin

Work has now resumed on the construction of 3 buildings. In addition to Coloft, our first co-living building, which will open its doors to you in 2021, the 2000m² G building will be completed in September 2020.

The 5300m² LM building will be delivered in December this year.

These 2 buildings, like all the buildings in the Arteparc Lesquin Artepark, will operate on a self-consumption basis to meet the energy needs of the occupants with a very high level of environmental performance.

Our teams and partners work closely together to offer tertiary buildings with a very high level of performance that meet the challenges of the third Industrial Revolution as envisaged by Jerémy Rifkin in a verdant park offering many services.

In terms of technical features, the Arteparc Lille-Lesquin buildings offer :

Passive design :

  • Reinforced thermal insulation with wooden mantle wall;
  • High-performance thermal and optical glass;
  • Bio-climatic architecture (summer solar protection, use of winter solar energy);
  • Certified and eco-labeled recyclable carpeting and false ceilings with acoustic treatment.

Active design :

  • High-efficiency monocrystalline solar power plant;
  • LED lighting on all floors and common areas;
  • Double-flow ventilation with high-efficiency heat recovery ;
  • 3-pipe reversible heat pump ;
  • Centralized Technical Management.

Like the other buildings at Arteparc Lille-Lesquin, the buildings under construction will carry the Effinergie+ label.
