The Artea Group is proud to announce the delivery of its latest real estate project at the Arteparc de Bachasson in Meyreuil. This 2,000 m² building, custom-designed to accommodate GRDF's teams, meets the highest standards of durability and comfort. GRDF has now taken possession of this modern, functional space, offering an optimal working environment with an exceptional view of Mont Sainte-Victoire and the surrounding countryside.
This emblematic building benefits from NF HQE Bâtiment Tertiaire - Niveau Excellent certification, obtained during the construction phase, underlining the attention paid to every detail to create an environmentally-friendly working environment. In addition to this certification, it is also aiming for a double Bepos Effinergie 2017 - E3C1 label for its high-level energy performance, thanks to sustainable construction choices, notably the use of low-carbon concrete throughout the site.
The building is equipped with a self-consumption photovoltaic power plant that generates part of the energy used by the site, enabling more economical and ecological management of resources.
To enhance energy autonomy, street and parking lot lighting is provided by solar photovoltaic lighting columns, an innovative system that combines efficiency and respect for the environment.
Set in an exceptional natural environment, this building offers GRDF's teams a spacious, light-filled space conducive to productivity and well-being. The architecture has been designed to optimize natural light and offer a soothing panorama of the surrounding area, creating a pleasant and stimulating working atmosphere.

This project is the result of a close collaboration between Artea Groupe and GRDF, who placed their trust in the group's expertise to create a building that is both functional and compliant with current ecological standards. The delivery of this building marks a further step in the development of Arteparc de Bachasson, reinforcing its role as an exemplary business park in terms of sustainable real estate.
