With its 25,000 m² of modern office space in the heart of the Inovallée technology park, Arteparc de Meylan is reshaping the horizons of Grenoble's business community. The buildings house modern, modular offices, while a retail and services hub, recently opened by Coloft Meylan, enriches the daily lives of occupants and visitors. With its 510 parking spaces, the site offers optimum accessibility for employees, customers and partners.
As part of its partnership with Pony, Artea has integrated a self-service electric bicycle service, with dedicated parking spaces at the heart of Arteparc. Employees can now use these bikes for commuting and business trips, helping to reduce the park's environmental footprint. In response to pollution peaks, ephemeral rates are also offered, encouraging occupants to favor this green mobility option to limit their impact on air quality.
Arteparc de Meylan stands out for its environmental performance. Certified HQE Bâtiments tertiaires - Niveau Excellent and Effinergie E+C- (level E2C1), the park meets the highest standards of sustainability. Thanks to a self-consumption solar power plant and ultra-fast charging stations, the park actively supports the energy transition of its resident companies, while offering optimized resource management.
This project is the fruit of a trust-based partnership between Artea and its collaborators, including Banque des Territoires (Groupe Caisse des Dépôts), and marketers Arthur Loyd Grenoble, CBRE, and BNP Paribas Real Estate. Together, they have created a space where companies can grow, innovate and strengthen their commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
