  • Designer

    Thanks to our teams of engineers and architects, and to our subsidiaries STUDIO ARTEA and VBI, we are able to design projects from beginning to end by integrating the environmental engineering developed by our subsidiary ARTESOL.
    Our teams are involved in new projects, restructuring programmes and extensive renovation.

  • Developer

    The bringing to life of our projects through our promotion subsidiariesconstitute the heart of our know-how. Our ARTEPROM and ARTEA PROMOTION subsidiaries have to date produced all of the group's assets and benefit from long-standing recognized expertise.

  • Investors

    Since its creation in 2001, the company ARTEA has set up investment vehicles to develop its property which now houses more than 100 companies with more than € 10 million in annual rent. For the past 10 years, it has created a partnership with the CAISSE DES DEPOTS through a joint investment company.
    In 2020, a new step was taken with the creation of the OPPCI GREENVIEW which obtained its approval from the AMF and which will be marketed during the year. Internationally, partnerships are set up with renowned groups through joint ventures. Another dedicated vehicle will soon be created.

  • Operator

    Since its creation, ARTEA's objective has been to be as close as possible to its clients' expectations by offering them the best possible service. It is in this spirit that ARTECOM and ARTEA SERVICES were created.
    Today, this fast-developing activity has led us to expand our traditional range of services thanks to new developments such as coworking, coliving and lifestyle hotels.

Thereby, ARTEA is participating in the changes in the world of business and uses. But the objective always remains the same: to offer the best quality of service to our customers by adapting our spaces and places encompassing societal evolutions and new uses.

3RD GENERATION BUSINESS PARK

Because more and more companies are looking for a lively and a friendly environment for their employees incorporating a campus spirit, Artea has invented the 3rd generation tertiary park with the arteparc concept.

Because sustainable development and energy transition are the main challenges of the 21st century, we have designed a unique eco-system based on our Smart Grid infrastructure developed by our subsidiary Dream Energie.

Therefore, our ARTEPARCS, in accordance with ARTEA's philosophy, combine high performance and quality real estate with meticulously designed architecture. The integration of technologies and solutions for the production, management and storage of energy adapted to self-consumption are standard in our parks.

At the same time, our ARTEPARCs offer a range of services that meet the requirements of our users. An ARTEPARC network is deployed throughout the country with quality locations close to major transport links and major cities.

IN LIAISON WITH PLANNERS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES, WE HAVE THE FINANCIAL CAPACITY AND EXPERIENCE TO LAUNCH AMBITIOUS URBAN PROJECTS. THIS IS HOW WE COMPLETED THE FIRST OFFICE BUILDING IN THE NICE MERIDIA TECHNOLOGY PARK: THE CROWN WITH A SILO CAR PARK AND SHOPS.

We can carry out all the fittings for each company as well as more complex needs such as: data centre, call centre, company restaurant, conference room, partitioned or non-partitioned spaces. Thanks to à̀ the space-planning and interior design team of our subsidiary Studio ARTEA, we can carry out specific interior design projects by providing the furniture and decoration of the spaces as well as the landscaping projects.

Renovation

Renovation is part of ARTEA's DNA, and sustainable development is one of the pillars of the company's identity. Right from the start, in the early 2000s, the company transformed dilapidated housing estates into apartments and lofts, which proved a great success in communities in western Paris.

Today, ARTEA's renovation projects are often accompanied by the development of new programs. This is the case, for example, of the Usine Elévatoire in Lille, which is to be transformed into a multi-service space comprising coworking, coliving, catering, a crèche and a spa. This type of high value-added project is a perfect illustration of ARTEA's capacity for innovation.

This understanding of new uses enables ARTEA to offer an innovative vision of renovation, combined with recognized expertise as a project manager.

For our group, renovation is transformation. Renovating means inventing new uses for unique buildings.

We have therefore created a Service Center at the heart of our ARTEPARC, designed as a convivial space. This service hub at the entrance to the park forms the urban link between the city and the business park.
