At the heart of innovation: Hospitality
The ARTEA Group's philosophy is to reinvent the hotel experience at the heart of a global concept that invites future visitors and customers to come and live their own story through a unique experience.
Through its services division, ARTEA has developed unique expertise in new uses with its own Coloft coworking concept.
There are also anchoring points in urban restructuring programmes that we are developing in major European cities.
Thanks to its know-how, the ARTEA Group has won various competitions to develop comprehensive projects in Lille with the Usine Elévatoire, in Strasbourg with the Wacken project, in Luxembourg with the Hôtel des Postes and in Florence with the renovation of the Sant'Orsola convent.
Similarly, since 2018 ARTEA has operated a hotel in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
ARTEA COLIVING GAVE BIRTH TO THE COLOFT BRAND, DIRECTLY INSPIRED BY CHANGES IN THE USE OF WORK AND LIVING SPACES. COLOFT OFFERS ITS GUESTS A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE IN A WARM UNIVERSE DESIGNED AS A PLACE FOR LIVING AND SHARING.
The new generations of entrepreneurs, executives and economic players are often digital nomads, looking for new modes of exchange and environments in order to share common values.
COLOFT is a space for stays, business and leisure, offering short and medium-term accommodation. At COLOFT, you'll find cosy studios and designer suites that are fully equipped and convertible, and can be used as work or living spaces, combined with communal "social" areas.
These carefully-designed hybrid spaces are places for living and sharing, combining different atmospheres for both relaxation and work. At COLOFT, we offer a full range of on-site services to ensure that our guests enjoy optimal living conditions, as well as events and activities that enable them to integrate easily into an active community once their working day is over.
Whenever we can, we offer a COLOFT space linked to a COLOFT coworking space on the same site in the heart of an ARTEPARC or city.
LIFESTYLE HOTELS: THE ACCOMMODATION OF TOMORROW
"At a time when social networks and participatory websites are becoming the new demand drivers, the logic of commercial hosting is being completely overturned. The digitalization of customer returns as well as the ease of access to information means that today's traveller is able to know what a hotel is worth before even staying there. Rather than referring to hotel brand standards, Internet users trust the recommendations of previous guests on social networks as well as the messages deployed by the brands themselves.
The digitalisation of travel, coupled with the democratisation of transport, means that new generations are travelling more often and for shorter periods of time than before. The Millennials therefore want to avoid replicating the same pattern with each journey. They are looking for new and unusual experiences to talk about and post on social networks.
Traditional hotels are appearing out of step with what new generations of travellers are demanding.
Over the past few years, new lifestyle hotel concepts that aim to be authentic and local have been developing, overturning the traditional codes of commercial accommodation.

The ARTEA Group, with its unique know-how in new uses, aims to develop its own concept of Lifestyle hotels by offering its guests real places to live and exchange in a warm environment thanks to common and communal spaces, designed by talented interior designers, in-house catering, event programming and coworking areas.
Our hotels offer a new experience in living and conviviality.
A living space rooted in a historic building in the heart of the city.
STORIA's philosophy is to reinvent the hotel experience at the heart of a global concept that invites future visitors and customers to come and live their own story through a unique experience.
The experience proposed by STORIA is to live and stay in a place steeped in history with the codes and new uses that are references in today's world. In this way, STORIA will reinvent historic buildings to create inspiring spaces that become true cultural hotspots, drawing on the richness of their surroundings while keeping in step with the new codes found in lifestyle hotels and boutique hotels.
We want to reinvent hospitality with hybrid spaces that easily combine private, community and professional life.
Each location will have its own specific characteristics, but the coherence of the STORIA concept will be reflected in the activities, events and services that will enrich the stay of each visitor and constitute the common core of each project.
As a place to meet and relax, STORIA will build real communities around these values.

Set in a green setting, ARTEA will breathe new life into the former factory, creating a place for sharing, well-being and learning, while highlighting its historical heritage. Decorative elements and works of art will reflect the codes of the industrial revolution.
"L'Usine Élévatoire" will be a place where you can work, see an exhibition, eat, have a brunch, have a drink or sleep, meet new people and experience an extraordinary place.
ARTEA aims to create a concept open to all, based on a symbiosis of coworking, coliving, catering and events.
Located in the heart of Florence, the Sant'Orsola complex is an ancient 14th-century convent built around 3 large courtyards.
In collaboration with the City of Florence and under the patronage of Mayor Dario NARDELLA, ARTEA will breathe new life into the Sant'Orsola complex, creating a genuine living space conceived as a new heart of the city, open to all: Florentines, visitors, businessmen and women, and anyone with a love of culture and the arts who wants to enjoy a unique experience.
An emblematic cultural and architectural heritage site, classified as a national monument in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the conversion of the Hôtel des Postes aims to restore and enhance its cultural and architectural dimension.
In its new setting, it will be open to Luxembourgers first and foremost, and to anyone interested in discovering a magical new place.
With its Roaring Twenties and Art Nouveau ambience, the first floor, with its inner courtyard, will house a restaurant, bar and shops, as well as the lobby of a lifestyle hotel in keeping with the codes of this new generation of hotels. Spaces on the first to fourth floors will be reserved for hotels and coworking spaces, while the basement will be dedicated to a wellness area accessible to all.
