On Tuesday, July 14, 2020, Claude Strasser, CEO of POST Luxembourg, presented the project to transform and repurpose the Hôtel des Postes, located on Aldringen Street in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in the presence of Lydie Polfer, Mayor of the City of Luxembourg, and Philippe Baudry, CEO of the ARTEA Group.
The conversion of this emblematic building had been the subject of a call for ideas in 2015 without any proposal being selected. Our project aims to restore and sublimate the cultural and architectural dimension of the Hôtel des Postes. Its conversion will also restore to
the original appearance of this real estate complex.

The new purpose of the Hôtel des Postes must be commensurate with the importance of this cultural and architectural heritage to the people of Luxembourg. In its new setting, it will be a place open to a variety of clientele: Luxembourgers first and foremost, tourists, businessmen and women, and anyone attracted by the discovery of a magical new place.
With a total surface area of 8,600 m², the first floor, with its inner courtyard, will house a restaurant, bar and shops, as well as the lobby of a lifestyle hotel in keeping with the codes of this new generation of hotels. On the first to fourth floors, 75% of the space will be reserved for hotels and 25% for coworking. The basement will be dedicated to an independent wellness area accessible to all.
